Each space offers flexible room layouts to suit your needs, from theatre and boardroom, to classroom and café style.

St Cedd’s Hall
Ground Floor
Our largest room on the ground floor, St Cedd’s can accommodate up to 120 delegates in theatre style or 80 in café style, using either rectangular or round tables with cloths.
The hall’s large windows offer plenty of natural light, with a modern white screen and projector plus inbuilt sound system.
Chancellor & Johnson Room
First Floor
These smaller spaces are perfect for business meetings, with vast 49 inch TV screens for displaying presentations.
Chapter Room
Second Floor
Our premier space has a vaulted ceiling giving a grand and spacious feel, it’s ideal for business meetings or training courses.
The room has a 60 inch adjustable screen connected by HDMI cable.

Unfortunately no, but we are close to multiple car parks, Waterloo lane being the closest.

Wi-Fi can be accessed free of charge during your booking.

Is there disabled access?
Yes. There is disabled access via the lift to the first floor only, where the WC facilities are located, including a disabled toilet and baby changing facilities.

We would be happy to offer a negotiated discount for a repeat booking.

How far do you book in advance?
Please do not hesitate to contact us for last minute availability, or if you’re planning ahead, our diary for 2026 is open!

What hours are the rooms available from and to?
Chapter House is available to book 8am – 6pm. We may consider bookings outside of these hours, though additional charges may apply.

What’s the cancellation policy?
Time Before Booking Charge Applied 4 weeks 25% of room hire fee 3 weeks 50% of room hire fee 2 weeks 75% of room hire fee 1 week or less 100% of room hire fee Please note: Bookings cannot be rescheduled within four weeks of the booking date. Reschedule requests during this period will be treated as cancellations and charged accordingly.
