God’s love is without limit
The Bible has many names for God – compassion, loving kindness, mercy; creator, redeemer, sustainer; simply “the one who is”.
We come to know God in many ways – through gathering together for worship and prayer; through reading and reflecting together on the Bible; through our service of others and our own human experiences.
The God we know in Jesus Christ is not watching us from a distance but is one who cares profoundly for the whole universe and everything in it. God calls us to share in that compassion and care – working with all people of good will for the common good so that together we may build communities where all can flourish.
