Essex Mind and Spirit are a community organisation that supports people by raising awareness of spiritual care in mental health recovery. Canon Ivor Moody, our Vice Dean and Canon Pastor is currently Chair of Essex Mind and Spirit.
The group meet regularly and the next Essex, Mind & Spirit Steering Group Meeting plus Mid-Essex Event is on Thursday 10th November starting at 11am at the Chelmsford Cathedral Chapter House and includes a FREE LUNCH.
Gemma Andrews, Wellbeing and Public Health Manager, will be speaking about suicide prevention and mental health awareness and care.
