The Young Singers have begun working with Chelmsford musician Adrienne Wilson on a new, original piece of music of their own
The exciting opportunity has seen our probationer choristers take part in workshops with local composer Adrienne this week. They began by discussing how they feel about the music they sing, before coming up with their own musical ideas and composing their own tunes.
Adrienne will now take these away ready to weave into a very special collaborative musical masterpiece.
“They can’t wait to see what she comes up with,” says our Director of Music, Emma Gibbins. “They are really excited about giving the first ever performance of a new piece of music that they have helped compose!”
There'll be more news of their first performance later this year.
