City of Chelmsford Mencap is delighted to announce the return of its annual Christmas Concert.
This uplifting event will be held in the beautiful surroundings of Chelmsford Cathedral and will feature performances from the renowned Waltham Singers, with Musical Director Andrew Fardell promising a variety of pieces, familiar and new.
