Assistant to the Canon Precentor and the Director of Music
Chelmsford Cathedral is seeking a reliable and organised assistant to support its Liturgy and Music department. This role involves providing administrative and practical support for daily worship, special services, and musical events. You'll work closely with the Canon Precentor, Director of Music, and wider team to help deliver worship and nurture young musicians, including through Diocesan outreach and choir support.
The deadline for applications is 5pm, Friday 26 September with interviews at the Cathedral in the week commencing 29 September.

Become a volunteer at the Cathedral
There are around 250 volunteers here at Chelmsford Cathedral covering a great many roles which allows the Cathedral to open seven days a week, be a home to many community groups and continue to offer free entry to visitors.
